NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment dated the 15th day of July, 2013, entered in the above-captioned action, CASE NO. 51-2008-CA-005495 WS/J3, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 A.M. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on September 13, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK B, JASMINE ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 112 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
