NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-003853-XXXX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida. Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee, for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust 2005-3, Plaintiff and DOUGLAS P. PRITCHARD; NORMA-JEANNE A. PRITCHARD; , ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as set forth herein after, by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 AM on this August 12th, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
