NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2008-CA-007725ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 12th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Tract 37 of the unrecorded Plat of SIERRA PINES being further described as follows Commencing at the Southeast Corner of Section 32, Township 26 South, Range 18 East, Pasco County Florida, run thence N 00º23'37” E along the East boundary of said Section 32, a distance of 340 4 feet, thence N 89º46'50” W, a distance of 3700 00 feet for the Point of Beginning, thence (continue) N 89º46'50”, a distance of 150 0 feet, thence N 00º23'37” E, a distance of 290.4 feet; thence S 89º46'50” E, a distance of 150 0 feet thence S 00º23'37” W, a distance of 290.4 feet to the point of beginning Sunstate Model #5563-D' 28' X 56 'doublewide Mobile Home with vehicle identification # SSM-FLA-D-3-22659A and SSM-FLA-D-3-22659B (HUD Label #289304 & 289305), which by intention of the parties and upon retirement of the certificate of title as provided in 319.261 FLA. STAT., shall constitute as a part of the reality and shall pass with it.
