The East 225.0 feet of the West 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the East 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 less the South 1,056 feet of Section 19, Township 24 South, Range 17 East, Pasco County, Florida. Also known as a portion of the Highlands, an unrecorded subdivision. TOGETHER WITH that certain 1993 AMBE double wide mobile, VIN 67620364FA and 67620364FB, which is permanently affixed to the real property.
