Consuegra, 9204 King Palm Drive, Tampa, FL 33619-1328, telephone (813) 915-8660, facsimile (813) 915-0559, on or before 8/26/2013, the nature of this proceeding being a suit for foreclosure of mortgage against the following described property, to wit:
Commence at the Northwest corner of the Southwest ¼ of said Section 14; thence run along the North line of the Southwest ¼ of said Section 14, South 89°43'05” East, a distance of 49.24 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue South 89°43'05” East, a distance of 70 feet; thence South 0°21'11” West, a distance of 132.50 feet; thence North 89°43'05” West, a distance of 70 feet; thence North 0°21'11” East, a distance of 132.50 feet to the Point of Beginning; the South 5 feet thereof and the North 20 feet thereof being subject to an easement for drainage and/or utilities.
