NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-009145WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-AR4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR4 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 1, 2005 is Plaintiff and MELINDA JACKSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MELINDA JACKSON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BUSINESS LENDERS, LLC; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 12th day of August 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 765, THE LAKES UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 40 AND 41, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
