NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-002587-XXXX-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and MARIE YODER A/K/A MARIE W. YODER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIE YODER A/K/A MARIE W. YODER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 12th day of August 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 73 FEET OF LOTS 1, 2 AND 3, BLOCK 112, CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS (FORMERLY TOWN OF ZEPHYRHILLS), ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
