NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated June 26, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2011-CA-005561-WS (J2) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association, Plaintiff and Ramona A. Sanchez a/k/a Ramona Frias and Francisco A. Reyes, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on August 12, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 775, COLONIAL HILLS UNIT 11, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 91 THROUGH 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
