Rivera and Charmon G. Rivera, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on August 13, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 53, SUNBURST HILLS SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 47-49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN YEAR: 2002, MAKE: MERIT, VIN#: FLHML3F167025065A AND VIN#: FLHML3F167025065B, MANUFACTURED HOME, WHICH IS PERMANENTLY AFFIXED TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LANDS. AS SUCH IT IS DEEMED TO BE A FIXTURE AND A PART OF THE REAL ESTATE.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
