SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A., Plaintiff and LEONA M. CARTER A/K/A LEONA CARTER, Et Al; are defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 11:00 AM, August 12th 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
