NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51 2012 CA 005008 ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, as successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for RAMP 2007-RS1, is the Plaintiff and E.J. Michael C. Nocos, a/k/a Ernst Jasper Michael C. Nocos; Haidee S. Nocos; S & S Financial, Inc.; and Unknown Tenant(s), are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on AUGUST 29, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
