NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 010428 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS AND OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF LORI M. THOMAS A/K/A LORRAINE MARGARET THOMAS, CARDINAL APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, NIKKI MATEN and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 12th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 106, CARDINAL APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1014, PAGES 1398 THROUGH 1483, AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1178, PAGE 1537 AND AS PER THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 6, PAGES 53 AND 53A THROUGH 53I, AS AS PER AMENDED PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 9, PAGES 38 AND 38A, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
