NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 9th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 006385 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida. Bank of America, N.A., Plaintiff and FRANK R. DEFIORE; , ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 9:00 AM on this August 14th, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
