NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 3, 2013 and entered in Case No. 58-2012-CA-008034 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY KURTZ A/K/A ANTHONY L. KURTZ A/K/A ANTHONTHY L. KURTZ; SARA KURTZ; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 1st day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
