NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 010148 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and CAROLE W. MILLER AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE TRUST DATED MARCH 18TH, 2004; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; THE GLEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CAROLE W. MILLER; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE TRUST DATED MARCH 18TH, 2004; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 16th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT V-28, THE GLEN, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1329, PAGE 127, AND AS PER CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
