NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 20, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-002406 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2012-13 is Plaintiff and JUAN C. URIBE-ROBLEDO, MARIA V. RESTREPO-ESPINOSA A/K/A MARIA V. ESPINOSA, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on August 19, 2013, at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 28, BLOCK M, AVION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 112 AND 113, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
