COBLEIGH; DELBERT E. COBLEIGH; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; DISCOVER BANK; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOHN PATRICK DURDAN are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 7th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
