NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 8, 2013 in Civil Case No. 58-2010-CA-002351 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA N.A. is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFFREY R. CAPEN;, JEFFREY R. CAPEN, SIENNA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on August 12, 2013, at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 170, SIENNA PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED AS CLERK`S INSTRUMENT NO. 2006116369, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
