NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 8, 2013 in Civil Case No.:2008 CA 017047 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-9 is the Plaintiff, and, KIERSTAN P. BARBERIO AND DANIEL J. BARBERIO, HER HUSBAND; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Donald C. Spencer, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on August 12, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 4, SOUTH GATE MANOR SUBDIVISION, UNIT #1 REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
