NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009 CA 001399 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff, and PAUL RICHAU A/K/A PAUL A. RICHAU A/K/A PAUL ALLEN RICHAU; JUDITH R. RICHAU A/K/A RENNE RICHAU A/K/A JUDITH RENNE RICHAU; MEADOW WALK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 28th day of August, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF SARASOTA, STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 34, MEADOW WALK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40 PAGES 28, 28A 28C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
