NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2013-CA-050835, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2006-1 is Plaintiff and ALFONSO H. RAMOS; DORIS ROBERTSON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; GOLF VILLAS OF BONITA SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash [ ] BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 19 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 104, BUILDING “D”, GOLF VILLAS OF BONITA SPRINGS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3113, PAGE 795 THROUGH 895, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
