PULTRONE A/K/A CARLO PULRONE; RACHEL PULTRONE; MIDLAND FUNDING, LLC ; THE COLONY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; COLONY POINTE II HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are Defendants.
