NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 3, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-056083 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County,Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and DEMITRI C. ZAITSEV A/K/A DEMITRI ZAITZEV, TERESA CALLAVA ZAITSEV, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14 day of August, 2013 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 6 and 7, Block 4141, Unit 59, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 140 through 153, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
