whose residence is unknown if he/she/they be living; and if he/she/they be dead, the unknown defendant who may be spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, and all parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Defendants, who are not known to be dead or alive, and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property described in the mortgage being foreclosed herein.

FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, RUN SOUTH ALONG THE EAST LINE SAID NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4, 512.84 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF LANDS HEREIN DESCRIBED: FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING CONTINUE SOUTH ALONG SAID EAST LINE, 121.96 FEET; THENCE NORTH 88 DEGREES 06'25” WEST, 330.53 FEET TO A POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4, SAID SECTION 15; THENCE NORTH ALONG SAID WEST LINE 121.90 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 88 DEGREES 07'02” EAST, 330.53 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. SUBJECT TO THE EASTERLY 25 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY. SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on TRIPP SCOTT, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 110 S.E. 6th Street, 15th Floor, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301, within 30 days from the date of the first publication of this Notice of Action and file this original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO (2) CONSECUTIVE WEEKS.
