POSMA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHELLE L. POSMA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; RBS CITIZENS, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHARTER ONE BANK, N.A.; LNV CORPORATION; ADMIRALTY YACHT CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, and TENANT #4 are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 19 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

II, PART I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1730, PAGE 2544, AS AMENDED AND RESTATED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2053, PAGE 2517, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 9, PAGES 92 THROUGH 101, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
