NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed July 19, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-055821 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTYRWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff, and JODI L. CUNNINGHAM A/K/A JODI LU CUNNINGHAM A/K/A JODI LU JOHNSON, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 55 & 56, BLOCK 3306, UNIT 66, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 2 THROUGH 26, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
