NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed July 19, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-054214 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, FKA COUNTYRWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff, and SHANNON R. SPRINGER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 13 AND 14, BLOCK 523, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS CAPE CORAL, UNIT 13, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 56 THROUGH 60
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
