NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed July 19, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-055783 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee as successor by merger to Lasalle Bank, National Association as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-AR13 Trust is Plaintiff, and STELLA POLVANOVA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 4712, UNIT 70, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 58 THROUGH 87 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
