NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST RICHARD D. SLAGLE A/K/A RICHARD DALE SLAGLE, DECEASED; THOMAS MICHAEL SLAGLE A/K/A THOMAS M. SLAGLE, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF RICHARD D.
