NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-000786 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Victor H. Guardado, Tenant #1 , Bank of America, N.A., MiraBay Homeowners Association, Inc., Sea Crest Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 19th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 4, BLOCK 53, MIRABAY PARCEL 7 PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 101, PAGE 30, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
