NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-018371 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of June 1, 2007 Securitized Asset-Backed Receivables LLC Trust 2007-BR5 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-BR5, is the Plaintiff and Bharti J. Vidyalankar, Jay R. Vidyalankar, Northdale Civic Association, Inc., Tenant #1 NKA Ron Dinicola , Tenant #2, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 20th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
