NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-07470 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, As Trustee Under Pooling And Servicing Agreement Dated As Of November 1, 2005 Morgan Stanley Home Equity Loan Trust 2005-4 Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2005-4, is the Plaintiff and Monique Havens, Tenant # 1 n/k/a Taylor Havens, Tenant # 2 n/k/a Raul Serano, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 20th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
