NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-026560, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007 CB-6, Plaintiff and VICKY L. WHITCOMB; WILLIAM A WHITCOMB; , ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on this August 14th, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
