Gourlie, Deceased, Unknown Heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees or other claimants - claiming by, through, under or against Loa M. Gourlie, Deceased, Unknown Heir, , devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees or other claimants - claiming by, through, under or against Loa M. Gourlie a/k/a John Costello, Jr., Hillsborough County, Florida and Sheldon West Condominium Owner's Association, Inc., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 20th day of August 2013 at 10:00 am., by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 107, SHELDON WEST, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3422, Page 108 and Certificate of Amendment recorded in Official Records Book 5170, Page 305 and according to the Condominium Plat Book 2, Page 25, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
