NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 292009-CA029842D001TA of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein SUN WEST MORTGAGE CO., INC., Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST MAE E. KULAKOWSKI, DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST GORDON W.
BRAXTON, DECEASED, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID
UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; and UNKNOWN TENANT #1, Defendants, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida at the hour of 10:00 AM and 2:00 P.M on the 29 day of August, 2013, the following property:
LOT 25, BLOCK 9, SANSON PARK UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
