NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 6, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-006751 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein WESTSTAR MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and FAITH K. YULEE is the Defendant that the Clerk, Pat Frank will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash. Bidding begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on August 20, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Tract “B” MICHAEL'S SUMMIT, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 113, Page 95, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
