NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-015673 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 16th day of August, 2013 day of , using the following method: 10:00 a.m.via the website : http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, or relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST ½ OF EAST ½ OF SOUTHEAST ¼ OF NORTHWEST ¼ OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, LESS NORTH 70 FEET THEREOF FOR MUTUAL ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY AND PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
