NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated April 30th, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 07-CA-007305 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the day of 15th day of August, 2013, using the following method: 10:00 a.m.via the website : http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, or relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42, BLOCK 1, SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE 1 TRACT 29, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 95, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
