NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-016275 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Alyssa Humphries a/k/a Alyssa M. Humphries, Leila I. Laguna, North Bay Village Condominium Association, Inc., SunTrust Bank, Tenant #1 n.k.a Beth Miller, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 20th day of August 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
