NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-00937 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA, is the Plaintiff and Lydia J. Babilonia, Carrollwood Village Chase Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 20th day of August 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 12-4, IN BUILDING 12, CARROLLWOOD VILLAGE CHASE, PHASE 12, A PHASE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3952, PAGES 3 THROUGH 46, INCLUSIVE; TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE FILED OF RECORD, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 38 ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OF INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
