NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-027706 - DIVISION K of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC., is the Plaintiff and Nereida Esparza, Eric Salazar, Capital One Bank (USA), National Association, Mira Lago West Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 20th day of August 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
