NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-00751 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Aurora Loan Services, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Michael Decroix, Sr., Mary Stine Decroix a/k/a Mary Elizabeth Stine Decroix a/k/a Mary Elizabeth Stein Decroix a/k/a Elizabeth Stine Decroix a/k/a Elizabeth Stein Decroix a/k/a Mary Elizabeth Stein, Carriage Crossing Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 20th day of August 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 1, BLOCK 2, OF CARRIAGE CROSSING, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 95, PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
