NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 30th day of April, 2013. and entered in Case No. 08-CA-004159, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS F/K/A BANKERS TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE AND CUSTODIAN FOR IXIS 2005-HE3 BY: SAXON MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC F/K/A MERITECH MORTGAGESERVICES, INC AS ITS ATTORNEY-IN-FACT is the Plaintiff and DOUGLAS E. YORK; GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC D/B/A DITECH.COM; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST NLC FINANCIAL SERVICES, LLC; THE STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; YORK ENTERPRISES OF SARASOTA, INC D/B/A CONTRACT CARPET & TILE; CARA M. FARMER; JOHN DOE N/K/A DAVID PARKER and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 15th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK A, HEATHER LAKES UNIT XII, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 77, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
