NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 25, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-009133 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and JORGE MORERA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JORGE MORERA N/K/A GEMMA MORERA; ALBERT ARISSO; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALBERT ARISSO; RALPH VALOCCI; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., A NATIONAL BANKING ASSOCIATION; CORDOBA AT BEACH PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 10/08/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
BUILDING NO. 2, UNIT 118, CORDOBA AT BEACH PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15732, PAGES 959 THROUGH 1090, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
