NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated April 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 29 2010 CA 016490 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 8th day of August, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. via the website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, DORMANY COUNTRY ESTATES, A PLATTED SUBDIVISION WITH NO IMPROVEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE 48 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH A 2003 FLEETWOOD, ANIVERSARY DOUBLE WIDE MOBILE HOME WITH VIN #FLFL270A29801AV21 and VIN #FLFL270B29801AV21.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
