NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 8, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 12-CA-011368 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL DEPOSIT
INSURANCE CORPORATION, AS RECEIVER FOR HERITAGE BANK OF FLORIDA is the Plaintiff, and EBONY CLARK, JAMES LEGEIR CLARK, III, individually, and THE GRAND RESERVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION AT TAMPA, INC. are Defendants. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on November 18, 2013, the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. 1224, of the Grand Reserve Condominium at Tampa, Florida a Condominium, according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 16005, at Page 672, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
