NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 12, 2013, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-003329 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Diana Torres; Bank of America, N.A.; Ford Motor Credit Company LLC; SCD Recovery, LLC are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 22nd day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 72, BLOCK 1, OF WOOD LAKE PHASE 1 UNIT NO. 4B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
