NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 8, 2013 in Civil Case No.:29-2011-CA-010773, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSEE FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005-3, is the Plaintiff, and, SARA NEWBREY; TIMOTHY J. NEWBREY; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on August 19, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
