SHEPPARD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUSAN K. SHEPPARD IF ANY; THE TEMPLE TERRACE PATIO HOMES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BURKE POOL SERVICES, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
