GUZMAN; MILIVA M. GUZMAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEM, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR SOUTHSTAR FUNDING, LLC; CANTERBURY LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; RAILROAD AND INDUSTRIAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A RAFAEL ILIA; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A ALICEA ILIA; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
